Your email, workspace name, tasks and their contents, integrations you've configured, app version, and — if you opt in — crash reports and product-analytics events. Nothing else.
We use it to operate the product: authenticate you, deliver notifications, generate reports, sync with GitHub/Discord/Slack when you've configured that. We do not use it for advertising or training external models.
Sell your data. Share it in aggregate with commercial third parties. Embed third-party trackers in the app. Train external AI models on your workspace contents.
Sed ut perspiciatis unde omnis iste natus error. Payments via Stripe. Hosting on AWS (eu-west-1). Transactional email via Postmark. Crash reporting via Sentry (self-hosted). Each has access only to the specific data required for its role.
Export your workspace as JSON or Markdown any time from Settings → Data. Delete your account and all data from Settings → Account. Deletion propagates within 24 hours.
